Kingston man arrested on drug charges

KINGSTON – Police concluded an investigation into heroin sales in the City of Kingston with the arrest of a local man.

On Tuesday, September 24, members of the Special Investigations Unit and uniformed patrol officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Foxhall Avenue and Cornell Street and took Michael Randolph, 59, into custody. He was charged with three counts each of criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

A warrant search of his Wiltwyck Avenue residence later turned up additional evidence in the case.

Special Investigations Unit detectives were assisted by members of the Kingston Police Department’s Emergency Services Unit and Uniformed Patrol Division.
