Ulster Executive becomes dad for first time

KINGSTON – Ulster County Executive Patrick Ryan and his wife, Rebecca, welcomed their first child, Theodore “Theo” Willem Ryan on Saturday, July 27.

Theo was welcomed to the world at 5:31 p.m. weighing seven pounds, 10 ounces and measuring 21 inches.

“He’s healthy, happy, hungry, and excited to meet everyone soon,” Ryan said. “Rebecca Ryan was a total rockstar throughout delivery and is recovering nicely.”
