SAUGERTIES – A domestic dispute at 104 Timberwall Road in the Town of Saugerties early Saturday morning resulted in the arrest of a man at that address.
Saugerties Police charged Christopher Post, 53, with felony criminal mischief and a violation of harassment after he allegedly shoved the victim and then destroyed a wall socket. He was also charged with preventing the victim from calling 911.
Post was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and the court issued an order of protection on behalf of the victim.
