Town of Newburgh police dog passes away

TOWN OF NEWBURGH – Police Chief Donald Campbell announced on Monday that the Town of Newburgh Police K-9 Raven has passed away after a lengthy illness.

Raven was the long-time partner of Sgt. Hendry Lawson and had become a well-known figure in the area.

Campbell said Raven was “an outstanding patrol K-9 and a loyal member of our department.”
