TOWN OF WALLKILL – Wallkill Police observed two suspicious men in a vehicle at Claremont Condominium Apartments, 240 Schutt Rd. A Subsequent investigation led to the discovery of 110 bags of heroin, 13 THC vape cartridges, and marijuana.
Police arrested Johnnie Johnson Jr., 26, of the Town of Wallkill and Gillbert Rodriguez, 27, of Middletown, on narcotics related violations.
Johnson was charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana a violation. He is in the Orange County jail
Rodriguez was charged with misdemeanor criminal possession and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released with an appearance ticket.
