MONTGOMERY – A 29-year-old man was flown to Westchester Medical Center in very critical condition Monday afternoon after he was involved in an accident with a car in the Town of Montgomery.
Town Police said a car driven by a 53-year-old woman, was southbound on Route 416 attempting to make a left turn onto Neelytown Road.
The operator of the Harley Davidson motorcycle was northbound on Route 416 and as the woman made the turn, the motorcycle collided with it throwing the operator from the bike.
Montgomery Town Police are investigating with assistance from the State Police and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
