LAGRANGE – Two men are
under arrest after they were stopped while speeding and failing to keep
right on Route 55 in the Town of LaGrange at 4 a.m. on Sunday.
During the stop, Dutchess County Sheriff’s deputies found a handgun
in the vehicle and charged the two occupants with criminal possession
of a weapon as a felony.
Austin Suarez, 23, of Hudson was also charged with speeding and failure
to keep right. Both his passenger – Kawan Nunnally, 26, of Albany
– and he were remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $5,000
cash bail or $10,000 bond.
