POUGHKEEPSIE – Police in the City of Poughkeepsie are investigating a residential armed robbery in the Hudson Pointe complex.
Just before 6 p.m. on Friday, December 21, a man answered when the doorbell rang and was confronted by a black man with a gun who pushed his way inside. He robbed the victim of $100, his watch and cell phone before fleeing on foot. The victim’s phone was recovered on Pine Street.
Surveillance video showed the suspect going to several apartment doors before getting a response at the victim’s door.
