LIBERTY – State Police are seeking the public’s assistance
in locating two missing teens from Sullivan County.

Yante Teller, 15, and her brother, Chaim Teller, 12, were last seen by
their family on Saturday, December 8 at their home in the Town of Fallsburg.

They were last seen getting into a vehicle in front of their home and
it driving away.

According to The Yeshiva World website, the children were members of Lev
Tahor ultra-orthodox Jewish sect often referred to as a cult. They were
two of six children who escaped from the cult and were reunited with their
family in Fallsburg, the website reported.

The children are not believed to be in any imminent danger and are believed
to have traveled to New York City.
