CORTLANDT – State Police have arrested a Putnam Valley man on two felony charges of robbery.
Troopers were called to Paulding Lane in the Town of Cortlandt for a report of a stolen vehicle and money.
Investigation revealed that Kyle Heady, 29, came to the home of a former domestic partner and forcibly stole the victim’s car and forced the victim to write out a check for $300. Heady was sent to the Westchester County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
