KINGSTON – State Police
have charged a 38-year-old Kingston man and two 17-year-old youths in
connection with the killing of another person on Sawkill Road in the Town
of Ulster on Saturday.
State Police charged Maurice Stansberry, 38, with intentional murder and
murder during the commission of another felony crime.
He was arrested on Saturday night.
A 17-year-old man was arrested Saturday afternoon on the same charges
while a second 17-year-old was reported being held with no specific charges
listed.
State and Town of Ulster Police and the Ulster County Sheriff’s
Office investigated.
