KINGSTON – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Accord man on a felony charge of sexual abuse.
Detectives were called to a residence in High Falls at around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, November 25 for a report of a victim of a sexual offense. An investigation revealed the victim had been subjected to sexual contact without consent at a residence in Olivebridge during the evening of November 24.
A suspect was identified. Detectives Austin Temple, 18, at his Accord home. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail or $50,000 bond.
