Depew: “opportunity I
could not pass up”

MONTICELLO – Deputy Sullivan County Manager Daniel Depew is leaving
his job at the end of next week to become chief executive officer of the
newly formed Orange Medical Services Organization.

He has served in the county post for a year-and-a-half. Prior to that
he served as the elected Wallkill town supervisor.

While Depew said he is “very proud” of his accomplishments
in Sullivan, this was an “opportunity I could not pass up.”

Sullivan County Manager Joshua Potosek said he will shortly begin the
process of recruiting a new deputy county manager “as 2019 promises
to be a busy, momentous year for Sullivan County.”

Depew will run the new organization, which will provide shared services
and other functions for private practice doctors.
