Police at the scene (Action News Service special to MHNN)
TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE – Police are investigating the robbery of
the Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union branch on South Road near IBM in
the Town of Poughkeepsie.
The crime occurred in the early afternoon and within minutes town police
stopped a vehicle on Spackenkill Road and have a possible suspect in custody
who had fled the scene on foot.
The investigation is continuing and we will have additional information
as it becomes available.
