All Kingston railroad crossing gates malfunction

KINGSTON – For a few hours
on Thursday afternoon, the gates at all five Kingston City railroad crossings
malfunctioned in the down position.

Motorists and pedestrians were told not to go around the gates.

CSX Railroad worked on the situation and after 6 p.m., they were repaired
and working.

The crossings were out of service for about three hours.
