LOCH SHELDRAKE – Fire
early Tuesday morning claimed the life of one resident and injured another.
A dog also perished in the fire at 4 Chelsea Road in the Loch Sheldrake
district shortly after 3 a.m.
The man who died was located inside the house; the other occupant suffered
from smoke inhalation and was taken to Catskill Regional Medical Center.
Town of Fallsburg Police are investigating the cause of the fire and have
not yet released the identities of the people involved.
