New Castle woman charged with drug possession

NEW CASTLE – State Police charged a New Castle woman with felony criminal possession of cocaine.
Jennifer Lamp, 40, was stopped while driving on the Taconic State Parkway in the Town of New Castle when troopers conducted a vehicle and traffic stop. Investigation found her in possession of approximately 1.2 grams of cocaine.
Lamp was sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,500 bond.
