Mount Vernon man pleads guilty to murder

WHITE PLAINS – A Mount Vernon man pled guilty in Westchester County Court to murder in connection with the death of another man in connection with a 12-hour violent crime spree that began on May 21, 2017.
The robberies spanned several communities including Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, Yonkers and the Bronx.
Eric Lee, 26, also known as “Bubba,” and four codefendants were charged in a 50-count indictment last year of murder, attempted robbery, robbery, attempted murder and robbery.
He pled guilty to attempted murder and promoting prison contraband in a separate indictment.
Between May 21 and 22, 2017, Lee and others participated in a series of violent events including the murder of Trevon Boswell of Mount Vernon, an intended robbery victim.
