TOWN OF WALLKILL – A Middletown man is charged with felony unlawful surveillance for allegedly using a cell phone to peer into a fitting room while a person was inside.
State Police said Jose Munoz, 28, was an employee of the Children’s Place store in the Galleria at Crystal Run. He was arrested on Wednesday, October 24, the day after a report of an employee video recording someone who was undressing in a fitting room.
Munoz was sent to the Orange County in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
