Goshen man, 84, charged in hit-and-run

TOWN OF GOSHEN – An elderly Goshen man is charged with leaving the scene of a serious personal injury accident as a felony.
Louis Riso, 84, turned himself in to Monroe State Police.
He was driving a pickup truck at 11 a.m. on October 17 when he struck a bicyclist at the intersection of Craigsville and Hasbrouck roads in the Town of Goshen.
The victim, Brendan Dwyer, 51, of Monroe, was transported to Orange Regional Medical Center in critical condition with several fractures.
