Two arrested on Thruway for cocaine possession

ARDSLEY – A Thruway traffic
stop Friday night in the Village of Ardsley resulted in the two occupants
being charged with drug possession.

The driver, Matthew Cuda, 58, and Dennis Rodgers, 36, were both charged
with two counts of felony drug possession, one with intent to sell.

Cuda was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor
vehicle and vehicle and traffic violations.

Rodgers was also charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental
administration and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Both men were arraigned and remanded to the Westchester County Jail without
bail pending a future court appearance.
