TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE – A Town of Poughkeepsie man is in the Dutchess County Jail without bail after his arrest for the theft of a car with credit cards and a cell phone in it.
The Kia Sorrento was stolen from a victim’s driveway overnight on October 5 and 6. The vehicle was found unoccupied in the City of Poughkeepsie.
Officers developed Peter DeRosso, 44, as a suspect and arrest him on October 6. He was charged with two felony counts of grand larceny.
