Three arraigned in fatal Peekskill shooting

WHITE PLAINS – Three men were arraigned on a multi-count indictment in the July shooting death of a Bronx man in Peekskill, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Carpino, Jr. announced.
Demetrius Bogan, 19, of Peekskill; Sean Deleon, 23, of Shrub Oak; and Yaro Gaddy Waller, 19, of Peekskill, were arraigned on Thursday in county court.
The indictment alleges that Bogan and Deleon shot and killed Khalil Lyons, 22, in Peekskill on the afternoon of July 13 and that Waller was charged with hindering the prosecution and tampering with evidence.
Bogan and Deleon were charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon while Waller was charged with hindering the prosecution and tampering with physical evidence. Deleon was also charged with criminal possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Bogan and Deleon remain in the Westchester County Jail.  Waller is free on bail.
