Body of drowning victim recovered

TUXEDO – The body of a man who drowned in Lake Skannatati in the Seven Lakes area of the Town of Tuxedo has been recovered.
Scott Charlot, 31, of Bogota, New Jersey was in the lake Sunday afternoon when he went under and did not resurface. Around 10 a.m. on Monday, the body of was recovered from the lake.
The Orange County medical examiner is investigating.
