SAUGERTIES – A man, who
was arrested in 2016 in connection with an incident that resulted in the
court issuing a full stay away order of protection, has been arrested
and charged with a burglary at the same Ferry Street, Village of Saugerties
residence.
Saugerties Police charged Austin Murray, 20, of Saugerties with burglary,
possession of burglar’s tools, criminal mischief, criminal contempt
and tampering with physical evidence in connection with a burglary at
that same Ferry Street address on Sunday, August 26.
He was remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail
or $50,000 bond.
