Orange County man charged with possessing cocaine, switchblade

NEW WINDSOR – A Rock Tavern man was arrested on the Thruway early Thursday morning after he was stopped in New Windsor for a vehicle and traffic violation.
State troopers found some 1.5 grams of cocaine and a switchblade knife in the possession of Justin Shutts. He was charged with felony drug possession and a misdemeanor traffic violation and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
