PEARL RIVER – A Pearl River woman has been arrested and charged with menacing for allegedly pointing a loaded shotgun at a man, threatening him, during an argument, Orangetown Police said.
Marlena Hartman, 42, was arrested at the scene early in the morning hours of August 16. She was charged and released pending a future court appearance.
