MIDDLETOWN – Two suspects
who remained at large in the Operation Whiteout investigation into two
rival gangs selling drugs and the murder last summer of Coree White, Jr.,
turned themselves in to Middletown City Police on Wednesday afternoon.

Mason Milligan, 19, was charged with one count of conspiracy and four
counts each of criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance.

Traquan Dolson, 22, was charged with one count of conspiracy and five
counts each of criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

The drug rivalry between the Coke Wave Boys, the gang in which these two
suspects belonged, was a war with the Guap Gang. White was a member of
that gang.

In all 25 people were arrested and charged by an Orange County grand jury
while six others were arrested by federal authorities.
