KINGSTON – A Kingston woman and New Windsor man have been arrested
by Kingston City Police on drug charges.
During the evening hours of Friday, August 17, members of the Special
Investigations Unit arrested Kayla Joray of Kingston and Kaliek Goodeford
of New Windsor.
At the time of their arrests, they had a substantial amount of heroin
and cocaine on them. A warrant search of Joray’s residence yielded
additional in the case.
Joray was charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled
substance as felonies while Goodeford was charged with misdemeanor drug
possession and tampering with physical evidence.
