TOWN OF ULSTER – A Kingston man has been arrested by Ulster Town Police on charges of grand larceny and falsifying business records.
Francis Smith, 39, who worked at the Staples store in the town, allegedly had completed fraudulent transactions over a several month period and applied the value of over $3,000 to gift cards for his personal use.
He was arrested on Wednesday afternoon, charged with the felonies and released to appear in town court at a later date.
