PEEKSKILL – A second man ws arrested in connection with the July 13 shooting death of Khalil Lyons, 22, in Peekskill.
Lyons was murdered in front of 1245 Park Street in Peekskill on July 3. During the investigation, it was determined that two men were involved in the afternoon shooting.
On Tuesday, August 7, Peekskill officers arrested Sean Deleon, 23, of Shrub Oak, charging him with murder. He was sent to the Westchester County Jail without bail.
Last Friday, Demetrius Bogan, 18, of Peekskill was arrested and charged with murder.
