Pedestrian killed by Metro-North train

VALHALLA – A passenger train heading to Grand Central Terminal struck and killed a pedestrian Sunday morning.
An MTA spokeswoman said the incident occurred just before 6 a.m. when a train on the Metro-North Harlem Line struck the female victim, who was an intruder on the tracks just north of Valhalla.
MTA Police are still investigating.
