KINGSTON – An Ulster County woman was found guilty by a county
court jury before Judge Richard Mott on charges of driving while intoxicated
and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both as felonies.

Hailey McInerney, 26, was stopped in Uptown Kingston on May 27, 2017 and
after failing all roadside sobriety tests, she registered a blood alcohol
content of .20 percent, more than twice the legal limit.
The jury returned the verdict last Thursday.

McInerney had been convicted previously of driving while intoxicated in
2014.

She is scheduled to be sentenced in September.
