KINGSTON – A Port Ewen man was arrested by Kingston City Police for allegedly scalding of a two-year-old child.
City detectives teamed up with investigators from the Ulster County Child Advocacy Center and on July 11, arrested Jeremiah Smith. He was charged with three counts of assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
City detectives were assisted by the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office and State Police.
