TOWN OF WALLKILL – A Town of Wallkill woman has been arrested by town police on charges that she had fraudulently cashed checks at several banks.
Amy Wise, 38, who was arrested at her home on Bert Crawford Road on Friday, June 22, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of a forged instrument, grand larceny and identity theft. She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
