WAPPINGER – Authorities arrested a Wappinger man alleging that he sent indecent material to a minor.
David Fernandes, 20, was charged with disseminating indecent material to a minor as a felony.
In April, a parent reported a sexual offense to troopers at the Wappinger barracks. An investigation with the Dutchess County Child Advocacy Center determined Fernandez had sent inappropriate material to a child under the age of 17.
Fernandes was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
