Caslen

WEST POINT – United States Military Academy Superintendent Lt. Gen. Robert Caslen, Jr. relinquishes his command today during a ceremony. He will retire from the Army after serving 43 years.
He served as superintendent of the academy for five years.
Caslen’s successor has not yet been named.
Caslen, who was a 1975 graduate of West Point, and whose son followed in his footsteps, served as its commandant of cadets from 2006 through 2008.
