TOWN OF WALLKILL – A Town of Wallkill man was arrested and charged with burglary and petit larceny for allegedly unlawfully entering the Chromalloy building at 105 Tower Drive early last Friday morning.
Police found Tomas Ruiz, 39, at the facility when they arrived to investigate.
He was sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or
$15,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
