Delmoral

WHITE PLAINS – A convicted sex offender was arrested on Thursday on a series of charges including possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, failure to register and verify, and offering a false instrument for filing, all as felonies.
Westchester County prosecutors alleged that Jorge Delmoral, 32, of Yonkers, failed to register his email accounts with the state as required by state law when he was released to parole. Investigators also alleged, following execution of a series of search warrants, that he possessed child pornography on Delmoral’s computer and digital devices.
The charge of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child concerns a video file on one of Delmoral’s computer showing young girls engaged in a sex act.
His sex offender status resulted from guilty pleas he took in Westchester Supreme Court on October 7, 2014, to promoting an obscene performance by a child and use of a child in a sexual performance, both as felonies. In those cases, he possessed child pornography and also posed online as an underage female and engaged in sexually explicit conversations with minors.
He was sentenced to one to three years in state prison and was certified as a level three sex offender in March 2016. He completed his parole in March 2017.
Delmoral was sent to Westchester County Jail.
The investigation is continuing.
