Naked man involved in two accidents

TOWN OF RAMAPO – A naked man is under arrest after Ramapo Town Police sorted out the bare facts about two accidents Thursday night.
At around 9 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident near New Hempstead Road and Route 45. Information was received that one driver was naked and fled in his vehicle.
Another accident was then reported at McNamara Road and Union, involving the same vehicle.
One witness told police he pulled over to help, and when he got out of his car, the same naked man got in his car and tried to drive it away. The witness pulled him out of his car. The suspect then fled on foot and he was located and arrested a short time later.
One person involved in the accident complained of minor pain but refused medical attention.
The suspect, a 35-year-old Spring Valley man whose name police did not release, was arrested and charged with DWI-drugs, exposure of a person, leaving the scene of an accident with injury, and attempted grand larceny
