Hundreds of spectators lined Sussex Street as racers head toward the finish line
PORT JERVIS – It is an annual June tradition – the Port Jervis Soap Box Derby. It rolled into the city on Sunday with over 100 homemade vehicles driven by young people ranging in age from 12 through 18.
The race was held on Sussex Street with trophies presented to winners in various categories. The winners qualify for the World Championship next month in Dayton, Ohio.
