Town of Wallkill man accused of abusing farm animals

TOWN OF WALLKILL – A local man is charged with failing to provide proper food, water and veterinary care to 11 calves and eight cows tied in a barn on Seaman Road in the Town of Wallkill. All animals appeared substantially underweight.
James Judson, 42, of Wallkill, admitted the animals needed care and the barn where they animals were tied had not been cleaned of excrement in eight months.
He was charged with several counts of cruelty to animals.
