MONTICELLO – The State Police Troop F Child Abuse Unit in Sullivan County has arrested a Middletown man for allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a child under the age of 11.
Edward Dunn, 45, was arrested following a joint investigation with Sullivan County Child Protective Services. He was charged with felony sexual abuse and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. Dunn was sent to the Sullivan county Jail in lieu of $35,000 bail.
