POUGHKEEPSIE – Police are investigating a stabbing at 505 Main
Street near the Poughkeepsie Public Safety Building late Monday afternoon.
The victim was taken to the hospital. The extent of the injuries and whether the victim was male or female was not immediately known.
Police remained at the scene investigating for clues. They have yet to release any information about the apparent assault.
