POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Independence Party has endorsed Thomas Mansfield for Surrogate Court judge in the fall election.
“Mr. Mansfield’s experience and integrity will serve the Surrogate Court well. We feel he will be a great successor to Judge Pagones,” said New Dutchess County Independence Party Chairwoman Susan McGuire.
Mansfield, a former county legislator, has practiced law in the areas of estate administration and litigation, guardianship matters, real estate and civil and commercial litigation.
