Maloney – Albany or Washington?
WASHINGTON – Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney (D, NY-18) is still considering a run for New York State Attorney General.
A campaign spokesman said he has formed an exploratory committee to consider the possibility of running for the state’s top law enforcement position.
The spokesman said Maloney will make a decision by June 6.
He is up for re-election to the House of Representatives but cannot run for both.
