Soto Miguel
TOWN OF SOUTHEAST – State Police arrested a Brewster man on two felony counts of burglary and two misdemeanor counts of falsifying business records.
On May 12, troopers responded to Allview Avenue in the Town of Southeast to help a victim reporting a residential burglary. Investigation found that Sergio Soto Miguel, 21, had allegedly committed two burglaries in the area and stole over $8,000. During the investigation it was determined he had been issued two traffic tickets and used false information to avoid prosecution.
Soto Miguel was sent to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $3,000 cash bail or $6,000 bond.
