KINGSTON – The Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team has arrested an Esopus man following an investigation into heroin sales in the Town of Esopus and surrounding areas.
Rhett Adams, 30, was arrested on Thursday on a Superior Court warrant issued by Ulster County Court. He was charged with two counts each of felony criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance and sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
