Rail bikes launch in Phoenicia area this week

KINGSTON – The new Rail
Explorers Catskill Division will commence its rail bike service on the
U & D corridor in Phoenicia this Wednesday as Ulster County and company
officials cut the ribbon.

The rail bikes site in the bike on railroad tracks much like peddle boaters
do on the watercraft.
The service was originally to begin last spring, but track upgrades
pushed the schedule back by a year.
