MIDDLETOWN – City Corporation Counsel Richard Guertin will have his old job back.  Middletown Mayor Joseph DeStefano announced his appointment as assistant city court judge replacing Robert Moson, who reached the mandatory retirement age of 70.
Prior to Moson’s appointed as a judge, he was a city alderman and served as president of the common council.
Guertin, who previously served as a city judge, will resume that post.
The mayor nominated Richard Croughan as the new city lawyer.
